Education
 
FVWC offers off-site education programs to groups, such as Girl Scouts, Garden Clubs, and grade school students, in the Kane County Area. Topics such as "What is Wildlife Rehabilitation?", "Wildlife Babies: Do They Need Help?" and others are offered. Specific topics can be requested. Education Animals are also available for programs. Programs are offered November through March only. Please contact us to discuss scheduling a program and fees.

Notes: 
The Duke is imprinted on humans, which means he sees himself as a human and not a quail and is unable to survive as a wild bird. Due to changes in local farming practices, quail are no longer wild in this part of Illinois. The Duke is a great help to us in our education programs.
